The planet is the toroidal field. The rings are its equatorial spirals, the same spirals that gather at the King's Chamber level of the Great Pyramid.

Here the planet itself is the toroidal field. The field rises up the central axis through the planet, sweeps out over the north pole, descends around the outside just beyond the rings, and returns through the south pole — the poloidal wheel — while the whole thing turns counter-clockwise around the axis — the toroidal procession.
The rings are read as the spirals of the King's Chamber latitude. In the pyramid model, the rising inner stream curves outward just above the equator and the descending outer stream curves inward just below it, all turning the same way. So the C ring and inner B ring carry outward spirals above the plane, the outer B ring and A ring carry inward spirals below it, and the thin F ring marks the outer edge.
Saturn is a good test case because its magnetic field is aligned with its spin axis to within a tiny fraction of a degree, the most axially symmetric field of any planet measured. The field lines drawn here use the planet's own dipole shape as their template, stretched upward to suggest the larger toroidal envelope.
In the pyramid model, the King's Chamber level is the field's equatorial plane — the busiest latitude in the whole circulation. Three things meet there: an equatorial shear layer, the poloidal turnaround, and the widest point of the helical ascent. For a sphere, that plane runs through the planet's middle, and that is exactly where the rings live.
The rings stay in that plane for the same reason the shear belt holds together in the pyramid model. Ring particles collide and lose energy, but angular momentum is conserved, so the material settles into the one plane where rotation holds it. The result is a disk tens of meters thick spread across tens of thousands of kilometers.
Shear layer → the rings. The rings co-rotate with the planet, and inner material orbits faster than outer (Keplerian differential rotation). Watch the streaks in the ring texture and the ring particles drift past one another.
Shear between field and matter → the synchronous orbit. Saturn's magnetic field turns rigidly with the planet, once every ten and a half hours or so. Ring particles move at orbital speed. At about 1.86 Saturn radii, inside the B ring, the two rates match. Inside that line the ring material outruns the field; outside it, the field outruns the ring material. The spokes, faint radial streaks of charged dust, gather around this line and turn with the field. So the rings hold a real shear between the field and the matter, and that is the closest match to the King's Chamber belt — two motions meeting in one plane and holding together.
Poloidal turnaround → ring rain. Cassini found two inflows from the rings. Charged ring material is drawn out of the equatorial plane and carried along magnetic field lines into Saturn's atmosphere at mid-latitudes, in both hemispheres. That is the poloidal return made visible, and the blue particles trace it. A larger flow of neutral grains drifts in from the innermost ring near the equator, pulled by atmospheric drag rather than the field; it isn't drawn here.
Helical structure → spiral waves and resonance. The A ring carries tightly wound spiral density waves raised by the moons, and the Cassini Division sits where ring particles orbit twice for each orbit of Mimas. Out beyond the main rings, Enceladus feeds a literal plasma torus in the same plane, and that plasma is carried outward in fingers while emptier flux tubes move inward to take its place — part of the stream peeling off radially at the equatorial level, as it does in the pyramid model. On the axis itself sits the north polar cyclone; the famous hexagon is a jet stream circling it at about 78°N.
The pyramid is placed so the middle of the King's Chamber sits exactly on Saturn's equatorial plane, with the apex up the central axis. That is the one fixed point. Everything else follows from the pyramid's own proportions (440 cubits at the base, 280 high) and from the poloidal core model's own coordinates.
Base spans rings is the default scale: the pyramid's base reaches the outer edge of the A ring, so the pyramid and the ring spirals share one footprint. At that scale one Saturn radius comes to about 97 cubits. The Queen's Chamber falls just inside the planet, below the equator; turn on Ghost Saturn to see it.
The other buttons are alternative readings: the apex reaching the crown of the field, the base reaching the field's equator, and a flow match that lines up the helical ascent of the two models. The King's Chamber stays on the equator in every case. Chamber positions are approximate.
Asked where the Council that guards this planet is located, Ra answered:
"This Council is located in the octave, or eighth dimension, of the planet Saturn, taking its place in an area which you understand in third-dimensional terms as the rings." 6.8
~Ra describes the Council of Saturn as the body before which a social memory complex lays any proposal for aiding this planet, and which decides whether the quarantine is lifted 7.8. ~It sits in constant session as nine, working by telepathic contact so that the members' distortions blend harmoniously 7.9.
The overlay draws nine lights spread through the main rings. Ra gives no position within the rings, so their placement is illustrative.
The ring shear is mostly in rotational speed (inner orbits faster), while the pyramid model's shear is mostly in radial motion (inner pushing out, outer pulling in). Both are shear layers in the equatorial plane, and the belt overlay shows the pyramid-style version alongside the real rings.
Saturn's real magnetosphere is also squeezed by the solar wind on the sunward side and stretched into a tail on the far side. The envelope here is drawn symmetric to show the toroidal reading. Distances are in Saturn radii; the rings and moons are placed to scale with one another, and the field envelope is schematic.
The correspondence between the Council's location and the equatorial shear plane is my reading. Ra places the Council in the rings; the toroidal interpretation is the Raian synthesis. Take what resonates.
